You just create a zip file of the layers you want - check the naming
convention that the PCB house needs - I assume that is what the plug-in
does, but personally I just do this manually -
Then you drop the zip file onto the PCB house upload page
It will then automatically unzip the file and create a 3D view for you
to check.
For PCB way this is the next page after the get quote page where you
select the PCB options. Maybe the plugin is supposed to do this for you
as well, but as I said I never bother with plugins..
All the PCB houses work in much the same way. I've never used PCB Way
they turned out to be a bit expensive when I first looked at them so I
went with JLCPCB and stuck with them, their site works in almost exactly
the same way.
The whole process is almost too easy!
