It is telling you it is is not connected. This is a common problem
if people design symbols with an inappropriate grid. Best is to use
1.27mm (0.05") for schematics and symbols.
You can select things, right click, and "align to grid" but that
only works if the symbol and schematic grids are compatible (i.e.
typically 0.05")
