I have done most things from new USB cables to reinstalling software...even a new computer
No change.
Putting a different,.nee, winkeyer in line works fine which suggests the issue is with the problematic winkeyer.

Yes I've tried all of that. Everything works fine with the winkeyer mini so it something in the box I suspect. Tried reaching out to company but they are too busy it would seem.?
