Locked Logix issue: 4.21.5 thru 4.23.2, including 4.22 #logix
Due to a change at 4.21.5, Logix definitions that have more than 1 conditional may have unexpected behavior. This will be fixed with test release 4.23.3. Dave Sand

While I like the elegance of Dick's proposal, I have two comments: 1) Dick's suggestion depends on a particular behavior of the detection hardware - it _cannot_ be the type which reports "occupied"

mdieckmann, One easy trick is to use a block detector to measure a resistor connected to the track power. If track power is 'On' then the "Block" will show as occupied. Dick :)

That depends on the capabilities of the DCC hardware you are using. Some can be queried, while some cannot. Some which can be queried can report incorrect information. One "workaround" that you may

Martin, I have confirmed the behavior that you are seeing. I was also able to confirm with a set of Logixs that have worked for years. This statement has always been a part of the Logix help file:

Norb, It is one at a time. I normally do it as I set up each track segment. Change the track segment from a line to a circle; position the end points; hide the construction line. Dave Sand

Phil, The SE8C based signal masts will use the "Signal Head Controlled Mast" driver. The signal heads are defined using "SE8C 4 Aspect". When you are ready to replace a visual mast with a layout

So I made a sensor that turns on and off track power. However when I first load the panel, the status of track power is unknown. Is there a way to query track power status on startup of the panel?

Phil, Signal masts are generally better, but some find the logic gets a bit more complex. I think you said you had a Se8c, so you would have to make signals heads (using the turnout addresses) and
