The JMRI Panel Pro 5.6 startup got stuck after I'd added an NCE Power Pro connection using a USB to serial adapter and then restarted

Another idea is to add a new "Car Type".? That's done via the *Cars* window, by selecting the "Add Car" button, getting that window, then clicking the Car Type "Edit" button.
