Georgia, That sounds like an issue in the cab bus wiring. When you physically moved the AIU boards, you left them at the original addresses they had before? It might be worth rechecking the wires

Bill, You should be seeing the id 7.3.7 in the logs. That says 'all systems' so JMRI lets that match any of the command stations. -Ken Cameron, Member JMRI Dev Team www.jmri.org

Yes, first and third were PowerCab and middle was SB5. All same profile, just changed the preferences. I put the jumpers back on the board, set it to 19,200 and it appears to be happier now.
