If you have linked your User Files Location/Roster Location to any of the stock profiles, you will lose data by deleting that stock profile. You'll need to move your user data to locations

A few comments, now we know you have a SPROG, and having looked up some information on the DS51K1.
Your SPROG can't find the decoder. Communications on the DCC track bus are one-way.
