I first tried doing delays in Logix but it means a lot of changing output statements and didn't always works. Putting the delay in the turnout table has solve almost all the problems to the extent

I'd say that is because your sensors are still reading AIU 4 (NS48 to NS61). You'd see that in the NCE Command Monitor. Non-existent AIU sensors report as occupied. You are going to have to delete and
