Alan, all decoders have railcom enabled, and? I read CVs with no errors. I have the timeout when I write a CV. No problems on programming track.

To do that it is presumably using Railcom. Does the decoder you cannot read have Railcom? I suspect it doesn't. What happens if you try and read it on a programming track?
