The program should correctly calculate the NMRA recommended weight for the? car based on length and scale. You can override the maximum "Tonnage" weight to anything you wish, it is only an estimate

John, The log you provided is NOT actually connecting to a LocoNet connection. If it was, you would see specific information about serial connection settings in the log file. But they are not present,

John, I recommend that you solve one problem at a time. 1. Stop JMRI if it is running. 2. Rename C:\Users\Lucas\JMRI to C:\Users\Lucus\JMRI-original or whatever makes sense to you. 3. Start PanelPro.
