Bob, I got the logix NG to call the script that calls the batch file however, the batch file only stays in it's loop for 1 iteration. When I run the batch file outside of JMRI it opens a DOS window

From the 5.9.4 Release notes: WiThrottle Server does not work properly in this release. (crashes when sending Turnouts or Routes), It will be fixed in 5.9.5 and 5.10. Workaround is to disable Turnouts

Jim, Start JMRI. Try to connect to the WiThrottle server with the Engine Driver app on your Android phone. Then go to JMRI menu Help -> System Console. Click the button "Copy to clipboard". Paste it
