The code _requires_ that echo be on. It listens to the incoming messages, including the echo'd ones it transmitted, to figure out the order in which things actually happened on the LocoNet. If you try to run it with echo off, various operations (including programming) will probably hang.

Notes:
1. I think that you need to cycle power after moving the
jumpers before the
changes take effect.
2. JP4 and JP5 should always be 1-2 unless you are
reprogramming the PIC.
