I have followed your suggestions and set baud to 19700,
disabled Flow Control and checked all the jumpers on Loco
Buffer. Threw away all the DecoperProConfig.xml files and
restarted.
Lo! and Behold! The Damn thing works. Eureka!
If I change backto 57000 baud and enable flow control, it won't
work again. Unfortunately, I have to go away for a couple of days,
and can't keep playing with it for now. It would appear the
problem is connected with: Baud rate; Flow control; or with the
DecoderProConfig.xml files.
