The key point is to get the backup off site (your house). Just ask the model railroaders who once lived in Pacific Palisades or Altadena. You'll also need something for Insurance proof?of ownership. Just sayin'.
Why not just keep the roster in the cloud, then it¡¯s reachable from multiple computers as is and backed up all the time?? I use Dropbox??but any cloud storage or even your NAS should work just fine. Just don¡¯t use it from multiple computers at the same time.
