The help page that was updated today describes the steps required for Microsoft Defender.
If you could provide a screenshot of the message that you see, someone might be able to help.

I have been a JMRI user from the days of the infamous lawsuit... Happenings of the last two years have kept me out of Model Railroading and JMRI.? Trying to restart with a new location and layout.

I tried to download the latest test version of JMRI to a new WIN 11 laptop.....
I tried to follow the steps to "trust" the downloaded file but nothing on my computer resembled the instructions I got from the helpful web...?

Is there a straight forward set of instructions for downloading and installing JMRI on WIN 11?
