Ken,
  1. Go to?/g/jmriusers. Logon if necessary.
  2. Click on "Files" in the left column.
  3. Scroll down to "ProblemsBeingWorkedOn" and click on the link.
  4. Click on the "New/Upload" button and select "Upload File".
  5. Follow the prompts to find your file and click on Upload.
