Please don't try to "delete" anything via the Control Panel - Uninstall it if you want to remove it. Although AFAIK JMRI itself doesn't create any registry entries, I'm pretty sure the Windows install process does. Simply "deleting" JMRI folders will leave those registry entries behind.

Having said that, if you really want to get rid of everything JMRI (Java is totally separate) including user files and registry entries, use an uninstaller such as the .
