I just don't understand how the program could display all of the information below into the Location/Tracks table for just one car, never mind dozens of possible cars?
Your car has a reasonable set of possible destinations, I've seen much more complex set of choices.? And if you build two or more trains, which report would be displayed?? There wasn't a build failure, just problems assigning cars to the train due to lack of possible destinations.? Maybe another train or route could have moved the car.? What if your expectation was the car was going to be delivered to Gaeta or Ferguson?? What if there was multiple choices for the program, but some of them were full or the track doesn't service that particular train or car type, load, division, etc.?? There isn't a limit to the number of choices the program can find in a train's route, so there could be many many lines of information to display.? At the very least, the following bold information would be need just for Elk Grove:

Let's focus just on one track at Elk Grove, the "Bag House".? We know this from the build report:
Can't send (CIL 4331) to spur (Bag House) due to type (LO)??? ?
In your request the GUI at for Location / Track would show the above line?? Okay, what if there were a dozen LO cars that the program tried to send to the Bag House during the build? Or other car types that the bag house didn't accept.? What if the first 3 cars could go to the bag house, the afterwards the spur was full, what does that look like?
The trick is not to look at the entire build report, but to focus on one car at time.? If you believe a car should be assigned to a train and isn't, search the build report using a text editor and the car's road number.? Now you're only looking at a dozen or so lines, and can quickly see from the build report the order the program searched the train's route for a destination.
