Just put 4.17.7 on my Mac (Catalina) Java is 231.
Start JMRI and WiThrottle Server and get my system IP showing in the WiThrottle pane.
Firing up an ESU with EngineDriver and a beta WiFi throttle I have for test and both come right up in the WiThrottle pane.
