Locked Engine Driver not Discovering Server #enginedriver

Fresh install of JMRI 4.17.7 on a RPi 4, Raspbian Buster. All works perfect except I do not see WiThrottle's server address displayed in Engine Driver. If I type in the IP address and port manually, it will connect, but only after WiThrottle has been running for about 2-3 minutes. Inside of 2 minutes, I get the 3000 millisecond timeout error. If I leave Engine Driver on its initial connect screen, after 5-10 minutes, Engine Driver will find the server and autoconnect as normal.

I don't think the RPi is the issue, as I also have JMRI installed on a Macbook and it exhibits exactly the same behavior. Nor is it my phone as another phone does the same thing.

Any advice on how to get the server to be discovered immediately on Engine Driver? I installed all this yesterday and it all worked perfectly. I've not changed a thing and today it does this. I'm stumped.

Once it connects, it does stay connected. I've looked through my router settings and I have no idea what would hang this up. I've worked off and on with RPi and Engine Driver for years and this is the first time I've run into this behavior. There is nothing suspicious in the Engine Driver log other than the timeout logs.

All help is sincerely appreciated.
