Locked Rotation of layout #layouteditor

 

I began depicting my layout with the east side of the layout on the bottom. ?Is it possible to rotate the layout to have the east side of the layout to be on the left side, ie. rotate the layout 90 degrees? ?If so, how do I accomplish this? ?
