Just downloaded and installed JMRI 4.17.7.? Last night on 4.17.6 I found a problem with the Consist pane of TCS WOW steam decoder page.? Today I tried it on 4.17.7 on both Steam and Diesel Consist panes.? When selecting which functions are Loco only or Consist enabled for functions F0(f) , F0(r), and F9 thru F12? (i.e. CV 22) they are either ALL Loco ONLY or ALL Consist.? CHecking the CV pane after a write shows a value of 252 in CV22.? Max value I calculate could be 33 by my calculation.

This is the next in a series of test releases that will culminate in a production release, hopefully in early December 2019.
We're getting close to the end of the development series, so we'd appreciate feedback on whether or not this release works for your layout.
If you are currently using JMRI 4.9.6 or earlier, we strongly recommend that you first update to JMRI 4.12 and make sure that's running OK before updating to this test release. There have been a number of changes in serial port support, panel file format and configuration options since those earlier releases, and moving to the stable JMRI 4.12 release is a good way to work through any possible problems.
