I just started DecoderPro on one of my computer terminals which is NOT connected to my layout (which, in any case, is turned off) and was surprised to see the following at the bottom of the page:
"Service Mode Programmer NCE Is Online ? ?? Operations Mode Programmer NCE Is Online"
Normally, when the NCE Controller is not turned on I get a message about not being connected.
What is going on?
