My train club is using Window 10, Nce with a Sb5. For the last two years we have used JMRI version 3.1 with no problems but now When using WiThrottle the cell phone shows as being connected as is the engine number we wish to,operator but the engine will not respond. We have check the router and it seems to be working, the Nce interface light is on. In the past we removed JMRI version 3.1 or 4.1 and re-installed. But now ?there is no change. Where do we go from here?
