Locked NCE USB Interface

 

Hi everyone,

I am having difficulty in connecting my NCE USB interface to JRMI. I have had a look at previous posts but i cant find a solution.

I am using the NCE PowerCab v 1.65
and USB interface 7.x.x

windows 10 with jmri 4.12 and java 1.8.0_192.

I have none of the jumpers on the interface and the interface shows up in windows device manager.
The port under the connections tab of jmri shows com3 which device manager also shows however, JMRI says that it cant reach the nce command station or that there is a time out to the AA message.

Any assistance would be greatfully recieved.
