? ? ?I'm the author of the NW-1981 set and I need to let you know it does have some errors.? I'm not sure that it would cause the issues you are having though.? The error is in the Wabash signals with lunar.? I had created an update and submitted it but I had made some changes to the icon names and when the guys imported the changes to JMRI, they stripped out the new icon and kept the old set creating some errors.?
I don't know enough about the automation/ dispatcher stuff to help you with your question.? However I will keep an eye on this and if something is found in the logic, help fix it.? Some things you might check are block speeds.? The system expects to find the block speed set to Normal, Medium, Slow, or Restricted.? Not sure what will happen if you leave it set at global normal.? I would make sure they are all set at Normal and see what happens.
