Yea, but even if we all agreed, everyone on the list would do the same
math, decide to let someone else send in their $1 and he would probably
not receive enough to cover the fee.

Sure, if we all did that Mark would pay that fee then pocket hundreds of
extra dollars each month! =) Remember there are a lot of subscribers on this
