RayCue is located in Shenzhen, China. My experience, when dealing with companies selling goods directly from China, is that it usually takes about a month to receive their products.
But, once again, Amazon now carries RayCue products. So, if you want something made by RayCue fast, you can get it from Amazon in a day or two.
