It sounds like you are talking about actual malicious Web sites. No one bothers to create those anymore, because they usually get blacklisted the same day that they go up. Just about every single Web browser out there now includes Google Safe Browsing to protect you from them.
GSB is a built-in bit of technology to protect you from poisoned Web sites, drive-by downloads, and phishing sites, etc. It uses a constantly updated blacklist of malicious Web sites.
