By clicking on [Form Filling] in the Preview toolbar, I can type in text.

What I can’t do is check or fill in the round blanks, like these:

I tried Adobe Acrobat but it appears you have to have a paid account to edit a .pdf.

Can anyone suggest a free app to use to fill in forms like this?

I have Skim.app on my Mac but can’t get it to fill in the circles.
