I have three of the G4ZLP interfaces and they work fine with all of my rigs including the IC7000 If you can stretch to it the Digimaster Pro Three is really great with built in Winkeyer and FSK chip

I use a G4ZLP interface which connects to the PC via USB and came with an appropriate cable for the CI-V port. It also came with the correct cable to interface to the AUX port on the back of the radio
