I use a G4ZLP interface which connects to the PC via USB and came with an appropriate cable for the CI-V port. It also came with the correct cable to interface to the AUX port on the back of the radio for audio connections. You need to specify what radio you are interfacing to, when you order, and you can also order additional audio/CAT cables if you want to use the same interface with different radios.
