James, The datasheet for IC551 is on the internet and maybe worth a look. You say you have the analogue signal at IC551 is it pin 4. Can you see anything at R611, R615, or the filter device IC601

Hi Tommy Not sure, the audio in and out of this IC also go through the DSP. The fact that no audio passes through this chip Rx or tx either means a complete failure of ic551 or the DSP has some issue

Late to reading this thread, but have you tried a full reset to see if that makes a difference? Other than that it may be time to troubleshoot the radio. Does it transmit on any mode into a dummy
