I added two really small fans to the back of the radio? glued to the rear heatsinks.
I added a pair of 4 pin tuner connectors, one for power from the radio and the other to a tuner. I also added an on-off switch and a pair of fused Anderson power poles for auxiliary low power.
I still have the setup in a drawer as I sold the IC-7000 a few years ago.
