The AH4 with a 102 “ whip will work great. Be sure to double insulate the feed wire from the tuner to the whip. I used heavy gas line hose from an auto parts store.? Here is a safety tip for mobile use…if you remote the head. I made a two conductor cable that plugged into the head unit . The wires were connected to the ptt line and ground. This cable was routed to a small foot switch ?which I located where the old school,dimmer switches were located .upper left corner of the floor on the drivers side. A computer style cable will work, just check the pin out twice for safety sake and wire to the foot switch. Then I used a headset with a one piece earphone and a boom mic. This I plugged into the mic jack on the back of the rig. So while driving all I had to do was steer with one hand, dial with the other, and key the ptt with my foot. Worked great for me.
