It’s been worth it.
I have a 7000, if I don’t use it for a month, I have to get out the book.
Ran the 705 for six months before the amp.
Worked a bunch on 10 watts, even ‘dx pile-ups.
The two inch speaker is good enough. K1EL keyer, built in.
Running SDR software, so ALL the menu buttons and pan adapter are on the big screen.
WiFi server built in. Ran it from an iPad.
