Always check added on jacks before pluging anything into them, I have seen mains voltage hooked up to a 1/4 inch cable for Leslie switching, and have heard of dangerous non standard uses of connectors

Hi, The jack on the front is headphones, it's a standard fitting. As you suspect the one on the back is a later addition and could be a line out or a line in. Depends what the original owner wanted.
