Well it's a start but as they say a journey of a million miles begins with a single step.? Well that's where I am. . .step 1.?
Still looking for input regarding low level signal from? TG and lack of function of drawbars and tabs.? Any input from anyone is appreciated.

Looks like you have narrowed it down to the bad circuits on the boards, it will take some time to figure out which transistor or transistors are causing the problem.? It has been 15 years since I worked on mine and it took me several days checking them to find all of my problems. I replaced several of them.
