Jim - I've isolated the weird motor like noise. It's coming from the TAB Voice Channel.? Drawbar channel A and Drawbar channel B are still very weak and volume is not changed by use of the expression peddle.

Bob, I could not find the schematics in the garage, however The Hammond X66 club site
does have a section where you can ask tec questions. ? I was thinking your problem may be related to your scanner.? You could temporary remove the belt to see if that changes anything.
