This is the little brother of the Half-hitch mount and I used it very successfully with my Sky90 scope for years. These are no longer made. It now gets virtually no use so I am putting it up for sale. It has built -in encoders and includes a functioning Sky Commander unit (needs 9 volt battery) and a mounting plate for your scope. It also includes a counter weight to help in balancing your scope. There is a 3/8" hole on the base for mounting to a tripod. The only issue with the mount is that the rubber O-rings on the adjusting knobs have deteriorated and come off but this in no way compromises the function of the unit. It is ideal for a grab and go set-up. Very smooth and beautifully made. Thanks for looking. Len

It includes the mount, standard tripod connector, the weight, and the dovetail plate. I don't have the box it was shipped in, so a local sale would be great. But I will pack it carefully if need be. It includes a plate for a Nexus DSC to be installed (see below). Also selling the items below (pictures included in this listing). The person who buys the mount gets first choice of the items below, if they are interested. Nexus DSC ($200) FTX tripod quick release (TQR) for the mount ($150). This has never been used. I opened for the first time today to make sure it was complete. Note that the standard, non-quick-release tripod connection is included in the price above.
