Question about encodes for the FTX V.2

Thanks for being able to be part of the group.? I just purchased a FTX V.2 without encoders.? I've not heard back from Serge at Astro Devices, so any suggestions for putting encoders on the FTX?

i thought all FTX v2 has encoders installed. Did the seller tell you it doesn’t have it?

No, the FTX, base model, did not have encoders. Fortunately, Serge at Astro Devices got in touch with me.
