Pro-Am do a whip with 4 top loading coils covering 10, 15, 20 and 40 I believe. Two of those back to back would make a nice 4 band dipole I should think, although as the whips are 100 inches tall it

David, The purpose of the new jack on the new door is strictly for charging, not to power the 817 from an external source. The rear deck external power connector on the 817 already does that. The
