I don't think so. Short antennae are narrow-banded, unless they're
very lossy. Hamsticks and others of that sort are pretty good, about
the best they can be for their size. I suspect you'd get better
results - SWR as well as performance, on 10 and 15 with plain whips
the length of the hamsticks than you would with those coils inline.
