So, I called Yaesu parts and ordered 3 PA boards. $26.00 each.
Problem is that they don't have any in stock. She took my order and credit card info. I received a email confirmation. They will ship when the backfill order is received.

The critical step ?is the Kaplan tape . Quickchip might make ?removing the heat sink a bit easier.

The guy on YouTube really knows how to solder SMT! ?Note that only he needed a heat gun and pair of tweezers. No fancy equipment needed.
