I have installed the 3200mm slider by my self. I used a ceiling winch to lift back end and handled the front (threading into chassis bolts). It is very doable by 2, if you have a hydraulic lift table

I was able to do it myself on the k940, use 2 saw horses leveled to where it could be slid on. The k700 was done with one tech and me guiding it per his command. Regards, Mark
