On my kapex, the 36mm works way better for collection than the 27. Agree, covering the ribs up makes it SO much nicer not to be catching on everything. Also, you can get an aftermarket hose cover.

Hi Noah, Also new to Felder, but I believe 0.01 inch is the tolerance their technicians will work towards. This doesn't mean you must have a 0.01 inch difference if you are not happy with the result.
