I was told by Felder that the K500’s ordered for the USA were supposed to have the same 72mm x 70mm fence extrusion as the 700 series. So if that is the case, our DRO will work on your rip fence.

Thanks a lot, I believe I got it. With the fiama unit you just have to replace the measure scale on the rip guide with the magnetic strip from Fiama and find a way to attach their sensor on the rip

The mag strip versions are much less sensitive to mounting and alignment issues. With the Felder machines already having extrusions that accept the magnetic strips, it would be smart to go that way.
