i am not sure if there are internal mechanical differences but the biggest obvious one between dual51 and ad951 is the fence. i am only familiar with dual51 and the fence is stout. imran

I agree with Mark, Felder's stated tolerance is ±/—10% of the machines rated voltage. See pic for excerpt from the typical manual. So for a 230V machine 253V on the high side and 209V on the low
