Did they tell you what is a "qualifying voltage", or did they just ask what the voltage was?

Consider the predicament that your situation creates.? Your voltage was 3.75% over nominal 240v. Felder says that's not good enough and so you buck it down 3.75% to exactly 240v.? Later, your utility fluctuates to 238v, which is less than 1% deviation from 240v, and surely good enough for Felder.? But you buck that down 3.75%, and now you're at 229v, or 4.5% from 240v.

So you have some issue, call Felder, they ask what voltage at the machine is, you report, and they say 4.5% voids your warranty.
