Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit
Same as David, have the 150 and definitely not tippy, very easy to use one handed - near zero vibration and very light to use

Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit
That¡¯s interesting Jason. I have two of the 150 EC versions, and find them very ¡°not¡± tippy. I wonder whether the extra diameter makes a difference? I love the fact that I can hold it straight

Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit
I recently got one of the Festool ETS 125 EC brushless sanders. I used it about two weeks and sent it back. I have to say, I really wanted to like it. I like the lower profile than my old 125, it's

Re: Morso guillotine question

Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit

Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit
I suspect you are not familiar with the brushless sanders from Festool which are equivalent to the Mirka for balance and weight. They can hardly be accurately described as tall and heavy. Warm

Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit
Ian's are you running 120V or 220V. The voltage seems to have a big effect on problems. The newer Festool ETS EC are much lighter then the older versions and like you said closer in wait to the Mirka.

Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit
I think its horses for courses with sanders . all random orbit sanders are tall and heavy ,exept the mirka, fine for flat on the bench use . I make kitchens for a living and spend a lot of time

Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit
I didn¡¯t care for the non-integrated hose/cord as others have mentioned so my wife made me a sleeve from scrap material. I posted it on the festool owners group

Re: Morso guillotine question
I figured... At least for the blast gate portion of this that is what i plan to do. Im really going to need to devote some time to digging up the betta on the electrical schematics of this project

Re: Mirka Ceros the whole kit
Lance I use the old PB 300 with the Festool 6" blade which is still I believe around $300.00. If the jaws are adjusted properly and jigsaw supported properly it gives an accurate 90 degree cut through
